Founder, Chairman, & CEO
Dr. Arie Heiman
Arie is an experienced serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful 4 Exits (1 IPO in Nasdaq and 3 M&A). In all the companies he served as President/CEO.
He founded Nogatech Inc. and took it public (NGTC) in NASDAQ in 2000 and in 2001 the company was acquired by Zoran (NASDAQ: ZRAN).
Arie founded M-Stream Inc. which was acquired by Broadcom Inc. in 2004. The technology was embedded in about 100M mobile phones. Arie also founded BoneTone Communication Ltd. the company was acquired by DSPG Inc. in 2011.
DSP Group Shipped 100M SmartVoice SoC used in applications ranging from smartphones, tablets and laptops/PCs to the smart home, wearables, and the IoT.
Before founding these companies, Dr. Heiman has worked for Tadiran Digital Communication, where he served as the
head of DSP Division for 12 years.
Arie holds over 100 Patents or Patent Pending applications and holds a Ph.D. in Electronics from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Technology Officer
Shraga Tsur
Mr. Tsur is a physicist specializing in Electro-Optics and has over 30 years of Experience in R&D related to Optics. Before founding PhoneOptika, Shraga has worked for:
1. Applied Materials, A multi-Billion corporation and a global leader of the semiconductor fabrication equipment, as a Senior Physicist and Cameras Development Manager.
2. Elbit Systems Ltd.
Shraga served as Chief Scientist for Electro-Optics.
Mr. Tsur is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem holding B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in
Applied Physics and is the author of many papers and articles in the areas of Electro-Optics.

Natela Bobli
Mrs. Bobli brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including import, export, international marketing, and business development.
Entrepreneur: in Hitech.
Natela holds B. Ed from Wingate Institute.
